Ich bin Mareya und arbeite als Praxis- und Personalanagerin in unserer Praxis.

Ich spreche Deutsch und Kurdisch und freue mich besonders, wenn ich Patientinnen und Patienten auch sprachlich Sicherheit und Vertrauen geben kann.

Mein Anspruch ist es, Struktur und Menschlichkeit miteinander zu verbinden. Ich sorge dafür, dass Prozesse klar, effizient und gut organisiert sind – damit sich unser Team auf seine Arbeit konzentrieren kann und sich unsere Patientinnen und Patienten gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Als NLP-Coach bringe ich zusätzlich einen starken Fokus auf Kommunikation, Motivation und persönliche Entwicklung mit. Für mich ist ein gutes Team kein Zufall, sondern das Ergebnis von klarer Führung, gegenseitigem Respekt und offener Kommunikation.

Auch wenn es einmal hektisch wird, behalte ich den Überblick und bleibe lösungsorientiert. Ich arbeite strukturiert, zielgerichtet und mit viel Energie – und motiviere unser Team, gemeinsam das Beste zu geben.

Praxismanagement bedeutet für mich mehr als Organisation: Es bedeutet Verantwortung, Führung und echtes Miteinander.

My name is Mareya, and I work as the Practice Manager in our clinic.

I speak German and Kurdish and value the opportunity to provide additional comfort and clarity to patients through language and communication.

My goal is to combine structure with a human-centered approach. I ensure that processes are clear, efficient, and well organized – so our team can focus on delivering excellent care and our patients feel truly supported.

As an NLP Coach, I bring a strong focus on communication, motivation, and personal development. In my view, a strong team does not happen by chance – it is built through clear leadership, mutual respect, and open communication.

Even in demanding situations, I maintain clarity and a solution-oriented mindset. I work in a structured and goal-driven way, bringing energy and motivation to the team every day.

For me, practice management is more than organization – it is about leadership, responsibility, and genuine collaboration.
