Дружно — не грузно, а врозь — хоть брось / Zusammen trägt es sich leichter – allein ist selbst das Kleine schwer
Ich arbeite in unserer Praxis vor allem im Bereich Abrechnung und Organisation. Struktur liegt mir – ich mag es, wenn Abläufe klar sind, Hygienestandards zuverlässig eingehalten werden und im Hintergrund alles stabil funktioniert. Denn genau das schafft Sicherheit.
Deshalb habe ich mich gezielt weitergebildet: in der Fortbildung zur Infektionskontrolle und Aufbereitung von Medizinprodukten in der Zahnmedizin sowie in der Weiterbildung zur Aufbereitung und Sterilisation von Medizinprodukten in der Zahnarztpraxis. Dort habe ich mein Fachwissen rund um Hygiene, Qualitätsmanagement und Verantwortung vertieft. Für mich ist das keine formale Pflicht, sondern die Grundlage jeder vertrauensvollen Behandlung.
Mit der Fortbildung zur Röntgenaktualisierung halte ich mein Wissen im Bereich Strahlenschutz auf dem neuesten Stand – auch hier geht es um Präzision und ein waches Bewusstsein für Details.
Die Fortbildung „Implantologie ist Teamarbeit“ hat meinen Blick auf Zusammenarbeit weiter geschärft. Gerade bei komplexeren Behandlungen zeigt sich, wie wichtig Abstimmung und Verlässlichkeit sind. Und auch in der Weiterbildung zur Herstellung von Provisorien wird deutlich: Sorgfalt im Detail entscheidet über das Gesamtergebnis.
Ein russisches Sprichwort begleitet mich dabei:
„Дружно — не грузно, а врозь — хоть брось.“
Gemeinsam ist nichts zu schwer – getrennt wird selbst das Einfache schwierig.
Neben aller Struktur ist mir aber vor allem eines wichtig: Ruhe. Mit meiner herzlichen, entspannten Art möchte ich besonders Angstpatientinnen und -patienten Sicherheit geben. Ich erkläre klar, bleibe gelassen und nehme mir Zeit.
Ich bin überzeugt: Wenn im Hintergrund alles durchdacht organisiert ist und im Vordergrund echte Ruhe spürbar wird, entsteht Vertrauen. Und genau dafür arbeite ich jeden Tag.

For this reason, I have focused my professional development on areas that require precision and responsibility. Through advanced training in infection control and the reprocessing and sterilization of medical devices in dental practice, I deepened my expertise in hygiene management and quality standards. For me, this is not just a requirement, but the foundation of safe and professional treatment.
By completing my radiology update training, I ensure that my knowledge of radiation protection remains current and compliant. The course “Implantology Is Teamwork” strengthened my understanding of coordinated collaboration, especially in more complex procedures. My training in the fabrication of provisional restorations further reinforced how attention to detail directly influences overall treatment quality.

Together, nothing feels too heavy — alone, even small tasks become difficult.
Beyond structure and organization, what matters most to me is calmness. With my warm and relaxed manner, I aim to provide reassurance, especially to anxious patients. I explain clearly, remain composed, and take the time needed.
I believe that when everything is well organized behind the scenes and calmness is felt in the foreground, trust grows naturally. That is what I work toward every day.
